Cry aloud "my voice I: unto the Lord; with my voice I ask Lord Mercy. In front of him, I shall explain my complaint; in front of him will show unto you my trouble"(Psalm 142:1-2)
COMPLEMENTARY passage: Psalm 142; Matthew 11:28-30

When we leave our soul and heart to swell with anguish, when we accumulate and keep wounds, grudges, evil desires and fears; a time that we will not support most, and even lose sight will arrive our position as sons of God, being sorry and defeated.
In this passage we see that before the Lord, we can expose our grievances and anxieties, and he will be ready to hear us. We sometimes waste time complaining to others, and do not do it before the Lord. Now, is not going to make claims, is to go to their presence and raise our hands in surrender, to be strengthened, helped, guided, and inspired to act righteously. Despite any circumstance, this is what we should do, since only the Lord will come in our distress, with genuine love without asking for favors in return; what perhaps people do when we mistakenly ask for help or we surrender to them.

Expose our cause to the Lord is an attitude of confidence, since we start from the fact that he knows our path as his word says. In fact, he knows everything and would not need to say it, but when we do it, our heart receives relief, rests and is empty to be filled with the love of God and his words that guide us and we strengthen our way to follow. In addition, occurs praises and Thanksgivings genuine in our hearts to God, because we have been helped, we have been overtaken by his mercy.

The invitation is that you on this day, his heart and his soul before the Lord, no matter how distressed is his heart. I invite you to do as the King David, which exposed his complaint before the Lord, and waited on him, because he was convinced that he would receive his timely help.
"Good father, thank you for allowing us to be in your presence, before you put our hearts, well you know how much pain, sadness and anguish there is in them." Please my Lord hear our need and we renew; for your wonderful response we praise you and we bless you. Come to me all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am meek and lowly in heart; and ye shall find rest for your souls; for my yoke is easy, and my burden." Amen.
