In ancient times, adrenaline which activated the nervous system and commands throughout the body by placing it on alert and preparing it to launch an arrow at the enemy, or to escape from a bear in the middle of the forest, determined a very important guideline of survival. But our civilization had the opportunity to experience an increase significant and harmful of adrenaline at every traffic light, on every street and in every event, even trivial life. This preparation for survival, so repetitive and unnecessary, ends up affecting health and decrease the longevity of the men and women of today, who need less physical strength, but much more serenity.
Modern man is desperately seeking an oasis in the middle of the desert, a safe haven in the midst of the storm, a comfort that will give you true peace, but cannot find it. Science has made enormous efforts to find a way that help the human being to successfully face the stresses and pressures of life, but the only thing that has been proven is that the real cause of the disruption is of a spiritual nature.
Man is a spiritual being, means having a spirit designed to communicate with God and receive from him his power, his love, his wisdom, his balance, his enthusiasm.Disease or physical imbalance reflected interference or absence of this vital, healing and restorative man's relationship with his creator. This means that to return to it, back in friendship, in peace with God, we will begin to be trained to deal with any external pressure, with a powerful inner strength that comes from it, supplementing our most profound needs and, in addition, enables us to give to others, benefit and welfare.

"Lord Jesus, thank you for finding this morning a new day and an oasis of rest by your side, today we ask forgiveness because many times we have left that the situations and circumstances we dominate, rather than declaring them and appropriating the victory that we have for your blessed presence in our lives. Only your love healing and restorative flow by all our being, can our soul clean and renew our hearts. Now we know the truth that we are your children, love us and give us the power that we need to leave victorious in all circumstances of our lives and this makes us free from the yoke of anxiety and concern. We deliver all our charges to you, what we have and who we are, our families, our jobs, our plans, under your loving care. We accept your wise direction today and always". Amen
