COMPLEMENTARY PASSAGE: PSALM 40:1-17
How many storms bring in the soul! Although we have begun a year believing that this is the best, in the heart there is turbulence that make us faint by unpleasant situations that we passed. We must learn to live in the midst of the evidence and circumstances, recalling that these storms are for training that God wants to give our lives, but they will. The storm in the heart is that we don't fully trust our Creator, or because we do not have sufficient knowledge of the powerful God that we are following.
In each of these situations we must look to the US has rescued from the pit of despair, of the boggy mud, completely putting our trust in him and holding us to the undoubted promises of his word.
